Can I change the colour of a metal building for branding purposes?
Changing a building’s façade, roofline and walls is a relatively simple and cost-effective way to define a brand. Moving from darker shades to light is slightly more difficult due to possible shading (sometimes an extra coat is required) but moving from light to dark is very simple. Not only do our systems look better, but unlike paint which will need re-coating every few years, our system lasts and we offer up to 20 year guarantees.
Can you help me bring my building back into guarenteed position as per my dilapidation contract?
We can. Normal rental contracts often state that the tenant, upon leaving, must restore the building to the same condition as at the start of the rental. These dilapidation clauses are often a sting in the tail for some people moving premises. Our system is the most cost-effective solution that offers the 10-year guarantee period usually needed upon exit.
How long will it take for me to recoup my investment in this type of system?
As a rule, once these systems are installed the building looks exactly like a new building. This can offer a greater rental yield that can cover the cost of works in between 3 and 4 years.
What colour options do I have?
We can produce any RAL or British standard colour. In addition, for a nominal fee we can even colour match with some of our systems.
I have some areas or rust, can this also be treated?
We have a cut edge corrosion system designed for coating rusted metals which is used alongside this system to offer a perfect result, even on rusted panels.
